*NEMOA Member Discounts
 
Members save more!  Any employee of a member company qualifies for the member rate. Not sure if your company is a member? Click here to see a list of current member companies.  
 
Join NEMOA to take advantage of lower member rates! If your company is voted in as a member, you and your co-workers will pay the member rate to attend the conference.

*Multiple Attendee Discounts
 
Are you sending more than two attendees from the same company? You may be able to take advantage of additional discounted rates. See pricing grid below. First two attendees must pay full price in order for the third and subsequent attendees to be eligible for a discount.  If you are registering more than two attendees, please choose a regular price ticket (1-2 attendees price). *Small Company Discounts
 
Do you have three or fewer employees at your company? Discounts are available. See 3rd+ attendee pricing below. Please contact the NEMOA office to obtain a registration form (Tel: 207-885-0090; terri@nemoa.org). This discount pricing is not available online.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you cannot attend the conference, substitutions are allowed at any time.
Please note: There is a $50 fee imposed for for substitutions.

If you cannot send a substitute, please contact the NEMOA office by email seven (7) business days or more in advance of the event and your registration fee will be refunded or held on account for the next conference.

Registrants who do not cancel or arrange to have their registration fee held on account prior to the event and fail to attend the event, forfeit their registration fee.

 
Monday, September 8, 2014 or before: 100% refund or account credit towards the next directXchange conference.

Tuesday, September 9, 2014 – Tuesday, September 16, 2014: account credit towards the next directXchange conference.

Wednesday, September 17th or "No Show": No refund, no account credit.
