CANCELLATION REFUND SCHEDULE:

Thursday, August 31, 2017 or before: 100% refund or account credit towards the next directXchange conference.

Friday, September 1, 2017 – Monday, September 11, 2017: Account credit towards the next directXchange conference.

Tuesday, September 12, 2017 or no show: No refund, no account credit
