READY TO REGISTER?
1. Summit pricing is based on Membership Status and Type of Business. Not sure if you're a Member? Check the list of current Member Companies.
2. Review the Schedule of Events so you can RSVP for meals during registration, ensuring we have food, beverages, and seating available for you.
3. Registering multiple attendees? Please read the rules and instructions provided below. You can only register 2 attendees per transaction. Please do not use the same email address for each attendee. Individual email addresses are required to contact each Attendee with summit updates.

Pricing includes three days of sessions, events, and meals. Registration fees are per person.

NEMOA MEMBER DISCOUNTS - Members save $300!
Member pricing is $300 less than Non-Member pricing. Any employee of a member company qualifies for the member rate. Details in pricing chart. Not sure if you’re a Member? Check the list of current Member Companies.

*New BOGO pricing for Catalogers/Etailers/Merchants! Buy one ticket, get one free. Please enter F18BOGOM in the Discount Code field at the bottom of the first page in the registration process. Please register only 2 attendees at a time in order for the Discount Code to be applied properly at checkout. Please contact the NEMOA office with any questions PRIOR to registering. We'll guide you through it!
SERVICE PROVIDERS/SUPPLIERS/VENDORS:
*Multiple Attendee Discounts
Send 3 or more people and save! First two attendees must pay full price in order for the third and subsequent attendees to be eligible for a discount. If you are registering more than two attendees, please choose a regular price ticket ("1-2 Attendees" price). Discounts (if applicable) will be applied automatically at checkout. Please Note: The system will only let you register 2 attendees per transaction.
*Discounts for small companies
If your company has 3 or fewer employees, you are eligible for a discounted price equivalent to the rate for "3+ Attendees" in the pricing chart above. A Discount Code is required to register at this special price. Contact the NEMOA office to request your Discount Code.
FREE REGISTRATION FOR RISING STARS
NEMOA Member companies can submit a Rising Star Nomination Form to recognize a deserving employee with a free Summit registration. Deadline to submit a Nomination Form is Friday, August 10th. Please visit our Rising Star Scholarships Page for details and form.
SPONSOR PASSES
Sponsor Passes require a Discount Code. Contact the NEMOA office to obtain or confirm your Code.
DISCOUNTS FOR VT/NH Marketing Group Members
VT/NH Marketing Group Members can receive a 15% discount off of Non-Member registration prices. Contact the NEMOA office for instructions.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If you cannot attend the Summit, Substitute Attendees are allowed at any time. If you cannot send a substitute, please email the NEMOA office seven or more business days before the event, and your registration fee will either be refunded or credited toward the next Summit.
Friday, August 31st, 2018 or before: 100% refund or account credit toward the next Summit.
Saturday September 1st, 2018 – Sunday, September 9th, 2018: Account credit toward the next Summit.
Monday, September 10th or Later /No Show: No refund, no account credit. Registrants who do not cancel or arrange to have their registration fee held on account seven days prior to the event and fail to attend the event forfeit their registration fee.
